To sum up, the current domestic fresh supply chain is still dominated by the lengthy and high-loss multi-level distribution mode. The direct purchasing of supermarkets with strong integration ability only accounts for a certain proportion of purchasing. The profitability of e-commerce direct purchasing is poor, and the long-term operation effect has not yet emerged. However, reducing the intermediate link of the supply chain and improving the procurement efficiency must be the trend of fresh circulation in the future.
