How to judge the quality when purchasing?
1. The plastic turnover box needs to pass the vibration performance test. The vibration performance test means that the turnover box is placed on the vibration table according to the limit of the number of stacked layers under a certain load, and the vibration duration is 60 minutes. This test is mainly to simulate the impact of continuous vibration on the rotating box during transportation. Then, the service life of the rotating box with poor seismic resistance is also short, the number of rotations is small, and the goods loaded in the morning will also be damaged. This kind of plastic turnover box is not made of new material, but cannot be reinforced.
2. Through the stacking strength test, it is necessary to apply a certain load on the turnover box. The loading time is several days, and the change of the height of the turnover box is calculated. This test mainly tests the stacking capacity of the turnover box when it is in the warehouse, mainly related to the reinforcing rib of the plastic turnover box.
3. The quality of plastic turnover box is also related to whether it is new material and wall thickness.
4. Under a certain load, lift the turnover box for more than 10 minutes to see if it is deformed or damaged. This is mainly to simulate whether the handle is deformed or damaged when lifting it during manual handling. If the quality is unqualified, the goods may fall or be damaged.
5. Does the hole on the plastic turnover box affect the quality? Why do many plastic turnover boxes have holes?
(1) Opening design
The openings of the plastic box are vertical long holes, except for the hand holes on both sides. This vertical long hole has strong bearing capacity, and the opening rate of the box wall can reach 35% - 40%, which greatly saves plastic raw materials and reduces the packaging cost. The noteworthy problem is the opening design of the plastic box, most of which are flat molds inside the box and carving molds outside the box. The surface of the plastic packaging box designed and manufactured by this kind of design looks very clean, and there is nothing wrong with it. But carefully observe and touch the inside and outside of the box, the outside of the box is smooth, the plastic reinforcing ribs and the opening angle are smooth, and will not cause damage to the vegetables. Unfortunately, few products outside the box have long-term contact with this surface. The inside of the box looks very flat, but once you touch the edge of the box opening, it will be sharp, causing serious mechanical damage to the vegetables.
(2) Perforation and ventilation
The packaging design of plastic box has high opening rate and no problem of ventilation. For differential pressure precooling of forced ventilation, the box type of plastic box is optional. For example, if the gap between the bottom of the inclined plastic ear box is large, it is difficult to form the internal and external pressure difference of differential precooling, so it cannot be used.
As mentioned above, it is easy to damage the product due to internal reasons. Therefore, in production applications, many people put plastic films, newspapers, foamed plastic mats, etc. in boxes, which is not conducive to air exchange and heat exchange.
(3) The problem of box bottom opening
The bottom of the plastic box is usually a long hole like the side of the box. On the surface, such a hole is conducive to the ventilation and drainage of the product. In fact, plastic boxes for different purposes should have different hole designs. If there is a hole in the bottom of the rotating plastic box for long-distance transportation and there is no cushion, the part of the lower layer contacting the bottom of the box will inevitably be deformed and damaged by pressure.
